How Can severe Headache Along With Tinnitus Be Treated?

I passed out last week I thought it was because I got up too quick but since then I have had daily headaches and my head feels like a wave is flowing through it at random times, also my ears sound wooshy or not as clear when hearing, its all very strange I know but if someone could just say that its normal I would be grateful. If not normal just something ordinary like blood pressure or similar

Hello Dear. There can be various causes for your symptoms. One of the most common cause i can think of is migraine. You can take Tablet Paracetamol or Dolo-650 and see if you can find relief. Also few lifestyle changes like

1. Getting enough sleep
2. Reducing stress
3. Drinking plenty of water
4. Avoiding certain foods
5. Regular physical exercise.
6. Avoiding alcohol and smoking

Also get your blood pressure tested. High BP can also produce similar symptoms.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
